Work with me

I offer ongoing 1:1 sessions and one-time consults, including in my areas of expertise: trauma, integration, kink, and sexuality. Beyond talking, healing may include movement, somatic myofascial release, meditation, ceremony, and the elements of nature.

1:1 therapy

Compassionate care using trauma-informed, somatic, parts work, and narrative-based approaches. Short term, long term, or intensive.

Mental health consults

One-time consults on a specific issue, for clients or for other therapists. Specialized training in trauma and sex/kink-aware therapy.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy

For those who are appropriate, ketamine-assisted sessions along with integration sessions.

Who I work well with

I work well with clients who have an extensive trauma history, feel stuck or disconnected from their body, or struggle to feel or name their emotions. My clients want to bring the lessons of hard experiences into everyday life. If you are logical, self-aware, and analytical but find it hard to drop into your body, I could be helpful to you.

I use patience, compassion, movement, and mindfulness, along with story, imagery, metaphor, and movies, TV, and music to help you reach your inner world. I believe you already have what you need inside you, and I act as a facilitator and guide. As Dr. Emily Nagoski says, story goes where science cannot.

Integration

Integration is bringing the mind and body together after a significant experience. Movement can be a helpful part of processing. It may follow a non-ordinary state of consciousness, an experience of birth or death, a meditative experience, or something else meaningful to you.

Integration is personal and sacred, and it looks different for every person. You are the wisest guide for yourself, and it is my honor to facilitate as you learn the wisdom your body holds.
